FIRST AID
First Aid at Work Refresher (2 Day)
This course is suitable for anyone that has already completed a First Aid at Work (FAW) course within the last 3 years from date of certification of the award.
This course is excellent in re-instilling confidence and up-to-date First Aid techniques back into the first aider, who may have had very little or no First Aid practice during the last 3 years, prior to the last course.
FIRST AID
Paediatric First Aid (2 Day)
This fully certificated qualification satisfies the guidelines and criteria as laid down by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and OFSTED.
The course will be a mixture of theoretical and practical training and will cover some of the same elements as the one day course, however, the second day will focus heavily on childhood illnesses and conditions. The course will run for a minimum of 12 hours split over two days.
FIRST AID
Paediatric First Aid (1 Day)
The paediatric first aid courses have been designed to teach those people that work with or around children how to deal with basic life support procedures and recognise well known childhood illnesses and conditions.
The course is a basic requirement for those that work within a professional child care setting such as schools and nurseries and partly fulfils the requirements of OFSTED and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
FIRST AID
Level 2 (QCF) Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
This course has been designed in order to give first aid training to those people working in what would be deemed a low risk environment or an environment with a small amount of staff.
It is important that as an employer or person in charge of the health and safety provision of your organisation, you identify whether these requirements meet the HSE’s standard guidelines.
FIRST AID
Level 3 (QCF) First Aid at Work (FAW) (3 Day)
This course is HSE approved and provides the learner with all of the information they need to deal with a First Aid incident whether in their workplace, home or just out and about.
The course will give learners the confidence to approach a first aid situation and think clearly and concisely about the steps they need to take in order to encourage a positive outcome for the injured party.
